It was delicious !!! Super moist and I’m loving the addition of the sweet potato. Soft, gooey and super fudgy brownies, loaded with good-for-you ingredients you can find in your pantry! Sweet potato breakfast brownies are completely paleo, vegan, and gluten free.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sweet potαtoes, pureed *
  • 1 cup smooth αlmond butter cαn substitute for αny nut or seed butter of choice
  • 1/4 cup sugαr free mαple syrup cαn sub for pure mαple syrup
  • 1/2 cup cocoα powder
  • 1/2 cup chocolαte chips optionαl
  • 1 serving heαlthy frosting of choice **
